Each investor may subscribe to new securities emission with a bank or an exchange broker.
Investors may at their own wish subscribe to various securities blocks (bonds or shares) within new emissions of corresponding issuers.
New emissions (issuing securities) serve issuers (companies, banks, state) as a means of raising finance. Investors purchase these emissions with a view to certain profit or following their own strategy.
The initial rate of newly issued securities may be determined either by so called Bookbuilding (advance application collecting) or by setting a firm fixed rate for all investors.
Expressly for loans on debentures, ICFB offers you an opportunity to purchase securities as a reduced price (Reoffer Preis). A block with the cost of less than Euro 1 million may be purchased via ICFB by means of a depository account, opened with a bank, which is a partner of ICFB.
In the years 2008-2009 there was a significant decrease in demand for new shares emissions, while corporate bonds sold actively and were in demand with investors.
High risks, related to purchasing new emissions, require obtaining as much information as possible, while professional advice will also do you good.
ICFB experts are always ready to assist you with this issue.
